SURGICAL PHILOSOPHY
PRECISION
Aesthetic surgery is measured in millimetres.
Every incision, contour and transition must be carefully considered. Technical precision is essential not only for appearance, but also for safety, healing and longevity.
PROPORTION
Beauty is not created by exaggeration.
It is created by understanding the relationship between individual features and restoring harmony across the face or body.
INDIVIDUALISATION
No operation should be planned from a standard template.
Every patient has a different skeletal framework, tissue quality, body composition, facial structure and personal aesthetic.
The surgical plan must reflect these differences.
RESTRAINT
The most sophisticated results do not appear excessive or manufactured.
They look balanced, intentional and appropriate for the individual.
LONGEVITY
An excellent result should remain elegant beyond the immediate postoperative period.
Dr. Kaushik plans procedures with consideration for anatomy, ageing, scar placement, tissue support and long-term structural balance.
